Today
SuperBot Entertainment has announced that Starhawk's
Emmett and Gravity Rush's
Kat will be joining the fight in PlayStation All-Stars as DLC characters. PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is Sony's exclusive fighting game that pits exclusive Sony characters against each other in a fight. It will not only include exclusive Sony characters, but it will also feature some third party characters such as Dante and Heihachi. A couple of days ago it was revealed that Polygon head would be the games final boss. The game will also be a part of the cross-buy program, so you will get the Vita version free as a digital download when you buy the PS3 version.
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is set to release for the PS3 and PS Vita on
November 20, 2012 in North America and November 23, 2012 in Europe.
As the title says Kat and Emmett will indeed be joining the PlayStation All-Stars roster through DLC. Both characters will have their own different moves set when they join the roster. Emmett from Starhawk will have a playstyle that uses Starhawk's "Build-in-Battle' feature which he can use in battle. Kat's playstyle on the other hand is a lot different. Kat from Gravity Rush will be able to use her ability with gravity to provide a good aerial assault. Finally SuperBot revealed that the DLC will be
Free, but it will only be free for the first two weeks once they become available for download early next year. More info to come soon about them.
